LitFit Shipping Policy

At LitFit, we aim to get your gear to you quickly and reliably. Here's what you need to know:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on a price-based flat rate shipping.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer automatic international shipping at checkout.

  • However, we’d love to help you get LitFit gear! If you're outside the U.S., please DM us on Instagram @lit.fitco and we’ll do our best to arrange a custom order and shipping quote just for you.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • Yes! We ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States via USPS.

  • If using a P.O. Box, please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid delays.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
  • LitFit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as “Delivered.” Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
