Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your LitFit gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@litfitstore.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will reply with return instructions and our return address. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless a return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g. wrong item or defective product).

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return first and then place a new order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your item is out of stock, we'll offer store credit or a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@litfitstore.com so we can make it right.
