1. What is LitFit?

LitFit is a lifestyle brand combining fitness and cannabis culture. We create high-quality gym apparel for people who believe in working hard, staying active, and embracing good vibes.

2. Do your products contain cannabis, THC, or CBD?

No. Our clothing is inspired by cannabis culture but does not contain any cannabis, THC, CBD, or related substances. We sell apparel only.

3. How do I know what size to order?

Check out our Size Guide (linked on each product page) for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

4. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

5. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not offer automatic international shipping at checkout.

However, we'd love to help you get LitFit gear! If you're outside the U.S., please DM us on Instagram @lit.fitco and we'll do our best to arrange a custom order and shipping quote just for you.

6. How do I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags.

7. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please email us right away at shop.litfitcompany@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if possible. We’ll make it right.
